why do fantasy outfits have so many small details?

This is a request for of their OC dressed up as Venti from Genshin Impact! This character design is super cute, and I just couldn't resist it's charms. =^^=

I also might have taken a few shortcuts on the outfit details, since I didn't want to spend an obscene amount of time on it, lol.
