Now i do like this drawing, It's quite pretty and cute looking. I like how you added waves to her dress and her pose is very natural looking thanks to that.
this piece gives of a bit of a peaceful atmosphere when i'm looking at it. I like the the colours and the design of her dress. That ruby crown is very nice too
I think her hands are drawing very nicely too, And those are hard to draw (I still have trouble with them) But they turned out to be pretty good 
But there are some things that could be improved in my opinion. As The Commenter below me said The picture isn't as clear as it could be, Which could be cause by over exposure to the lights or the camera flash
When taking a picture of you drawing, Always make sure there aren't too many lights. And always turn off the camera flash on your camera. Your future drawings will turn out much much better on your computer or camera
If you do that. Or you could try scanning instead, If you have a scanner and the paper you draw with is small enough for one. But just keep drawing and you'll be amazed at how quickly you improve. have a free watch, I'm interested in seeing what else you post here

This is very well done! I love the whole outfit and everything!
The only problem is that I can't see the piece as it should be due to over exsposure from either lights or the camera flash.
