Description
Here is my Jiang-Shi character in non-chibi version. I love him so much! Jiang-Shi have red eyes so everyone thinks he is a fire-breather, but he was really a Northern water elemental before he died. His eyes are only red because he's a zombie.

Character History Time:
He originally lived about 500 years ago (give or take 100 years), when there was no war and he was part of the elite group of ninja-elementals who protected the emporer, who ruled over all sorts of elementals. He was one of the people who knew how to minipulate water to make ice. He took a vow that stated if he broke his oaths and failed the king by becoming a traitor or fleeing, he would never rest for all eternity, and, if need be, he could be risen as an intelligent Jiang-Shi to protect the royal blood line once more, and the royal blood line would be the only people who could restore him to peace when they deemed his debt filled.
Well, in the first battle of the 500 years war, he fled and lived off the land for awhile. He encountered a dragon which killed him, and his guardian brothers and sisters took his body to the great burial grounds and laid him to a not so restfull 500 years in the ground.
Meanwhile, 500 years later, the kings necromancer finds a scroll that will let him raise up the once great fighter and strategist. You can imagine how he felt after he was woken from his 500 years of confision and torment, never a moments peace. The necromancer explained that he now had to work for the king in order to be restored. So he reluctantly carried out their terrible biddings, in hopes of finnally achieving peace.
He is told to kill Ohsgale, the dude who can use all nine elements, and almost does, however they defeat him, and Ohsgale tells him that he is part of the royal blood line who can restore him so he can be part of the good guys now!
He falls in love with the water elemental who is traveling with Ohsgale, and she eventually loves and trusts him. However, they can never be together because he is a JiangShi and is destined to be restored to rest after Ohsgale's quest is complete. But when he is restored he "dies" and the team he helped to defeat the king put him in a coffin and lay him to rest, however, in nine days he bust out of the coffin using his awesome elemental powers (he didn't have any powers as a Jiang-Shi) and returns to Ohsgale and the team and the love his life. They didn't recognize him ar first, because when they restored him, what they were actually doing was returning him to normal, and they just didn't know it (niether did he), so now he looks all normal and hot and human and everything. Oh, yrah, and when he is normal, his eyes are actually deep blue because he is a water elemental. And now he can be with the love of his life! YAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His signature weapon is a katana. He never lets anybody see his face while he is a Jiang-Shi because it's not a pretty sight. He is very serious and never smiles due to his condition. However, his personality changes for the better when he is returned to normal and ends up liking to smile a lot. Especially around his girl!
