Hmm.
If the epoxie does not work, I have Fixit Sculpt and could mail you some; as long as you don't mix them, they won't harden and can be transported in plastic baggies and the like and then you can mix up what you think you'll need.
I've used it on my toys several times with no ill effects.

That last picture of Jazz--so dark and forboding and glisteny--it's just such a lovely shot! The background is just faded enough and those flowers on the side...I don't know why but they make him look even more imposing. 
So what if Jazz delegates? It gets the job Ratchet couldn't do done.

You really are amaster with your camera and body language for these guys. Yeah sure there's only so many positions they can hold, but which angle and where you decide to set your focus (Jazz's frown aimed RIGHT at them) that so tells the story in it's self.
And then your wonderful nick names are just the sprinkle to the donuts and nutmeg to the coffee.

BTW I forgot to mention it on Tumblr, but my beloved JB Weld is most commonly found in tubes at the hardware store, should you need it in the future. They sell some varieties in syringes but I never bother with those, since the amounts of each part don't need to be precise.
