Everybody seems to be busy with exams these days and exam stress is like being in an MMA fight... glad I'm over it
The cover for the first issue of the youth mag comic I've been working on lately. This will go national in January 2011.
So ja, this is the direction my new style is going in. More exaggeration of angles and expression, multiple vanishing points and much more loose in general.

I've heard from other people second language Afrikaans is easier, I had first language so I wouldn't know... and that was damn hard. Coming from an Afrikaans person that says quite a lot.
Afrikaans is not an easy language, it's like machine-gun poetry (or that's how I describe it anyway)

No, it's not easy, however it would have been a lot easier for me if my mom resumed teaching me to speak Flemmish (she's Belgian) when I was a lot younger. -_-;

I know right you can do a lot with ballpoint pens. Pencils are my thing but I need to try some other media.

Ballpoint gives me a whole new edge compared to what I'm used to. Not that I'm going to abandon everything else that I work with because I love experimenting with all sorts of different media. I've recently got a dip pen and that too is an entirely new feel, hopefully I'll build up a varied assortment of nibs to do with it.

No actually, they look like fun and you can get nice full colors from them from the looks of it.

It takes a while to get used to, but once you get the hang of it it's absolutely addictive.
You should try it if you ever get a chance.
