There were two things of note however: The first being that Uur was much taller than other members of the village due to his human half, and the second being that due to the dominant genes of his mother, Uur had a rather feminine appearance.

He was often teased by other kids for both reasons, his slimmer build not really helping him when it came to defending himself. All kids in the village were required to learn to wrestle from a young age, which helped Uur discover that his height gave him an incredible advantage. As he got older, he would defeat all of his classmates in various training and real matches, males and females alike. He was even able to defeat some adults while still in his teens, his mother for instance. The pair of them loved to wrestle in their free time, often including a playfight element to keep things light and fun.

By the time he was 17, Uur had defeated everybody in the village without a single loss. The population was small in numbers, about 100-150 people, but of them all Uur was the strongest and most skilled. He gained a lot more respect as a result, and was even being considered as the next village chief since the current one had no heir.
