Inspired by stills from silent horror films, but rendered like an old oil painting this was the very first completely digital painting I created using my new Wacom Graphire Tablet.
I've always been into old horror films and have a huge collection of DVDs, books and magazines for reference. The biggest inspiration for this was a still of Sheldon Lewis and Thelma Todd in Seven Footprints To Satan (First National 1929)
