Dialga Vs Chronomon is a better one tbh.
Both are wanted to be controlled by someone, to create something, (two different things of course) are deities of time, are central to the plot they take place in, it's Digimon VS Pokemon, and most importantly, it's a fair match-up.

Thing is, I have no idea what Chronomon's feats are. Also, the first two bits there would work for Time Eater as well.

Well it kind of does. 2 or 3 rules when I make these. I prefer not to make fights that I know are stomps or I don't believe will have a lot of entertainment value/discussion (Skeletor vs Papyrus was for a contest) and I don't like making pictures that have been done to death or already have written battles of them.

This isn't a stomp, there is entertainment and discussion value to be had, it is underdone and never really brought up at best and there is no written battle for it.
