Description
Two things that seem lacking in DB if you ask me. HxH and Claymore.I do not own these characters.

I would side with Meruem, due to him having a big advantage in speed, strength, durability and intellect. His ability to adapt and grow in strength by eating his foes also allows for greater options in combat, as well as the ability to fight effectively at a range with the Rage Blast.

While Meruem is indeed much smarter and has more options thanks to Nen, Priscilla is actually physically superior to him. To give context, she easily damaged Riful and Isley, who are strong enough to destroy mountain ranges and cause earthquakes. She also keeps up with the Seven Ghosts without any trouble, who've been calc to be at least Mach 1000. It's a closer fight than you think.

That's actually odd, cause from what I saw on VBW, she wasn't put at mountain level or anything. Only MCB, which would be lower then Meruem. In fact, none of them are listed as Mountain level iirc.
Do you mind linking me something that proves that they are?
Also, Meruem has his Photons, which allows for movement either one of two things. Near teleportation-like speeds, or he is then capable of moving at the speed of light, but only with his photons. This is still being debated iirc, as it isn't clear which is the case, but Meruem would still have superior mobility in this scenario. Outside of the photons, however, that would make Priscilla faster.

By the way, VBW isn't always reliable. Sometimes they overplay and downplay characters. Claymore on that site is a good example. They state that the series has massively hypersonic+ town busters, but for some reason, most of the profiles say supersonic building busters.

To be quite honest, it doesn't look like the entirety of any of those mountains were totally destroyed. Good chunks of them were, so I'd say DC is probably higher then MCB, making their destructive capacity really even at least.
And... IDK what to make of the earthquake one. I guess that could put her power up higher then Meruem's, but I guess that depends, really.
So base speed is certainly in Priscilla's favor now, as she directly scales to Riful, right?
And yeah, sometimes VBW is kinda... Odd. And I have also noticed that building buster thing as well when I looked through the claymore section.
So in overall physicality, Priscilla > Meruem. But thanks to the Photon ability, speed/mobility is in Meruem's favor. So yeah, it is closer then I thought it was. Thanks for the links!

1. Yeah, I've seen calcs saying the mountain feat is between multi-city block to town level. There's also that time where she smashed The Destroyer, which has been calc to be high town level. So they are roughly even in strength.
2. The earthquake clash has been difficult to quantify since until late in the series, there wasn't any reference to the continent's size. So it's understandable to find it tricky.
3. Priscilla certainly scales to Riful since she caught her by surprise and killed her. Riful even admits Priscilla is superior to her.
You're welcome. Yeah, I personally think the fight could go either way since Meruem does have the means to putting her down.
