I now that this is all just special effects make ups and s**t but is there a rare disease that can actually cause something like this in real life on actual Human skin?

I've read about Trypophobia allot but I'm wondering how the holes are in the skin? Is it an illusion to people who have it or something?

The holes are created with fx wax here. Real holes in skin can be created by infections or human botflies. But its not just holes in skin that people with trypophobia will be creeped out by, its any group of holes such as honeycomb.. or a showerhead.

Not scaaaary more like creepy and unsettling... Trypophobia is a fear of clusters of holes so if you have trypophobia (which you obviously dont) it is meant to freak you out hahaha.

Well just because it's bloody its slightly creepy, but the fact that is holes or a cluster of holes isn't all that unsettling. I saw someone do something similar. Only it wasn't bloody holes. It was more like someone had just put holes i the skin with photoshop. It looked real, but I wondered how I was supposed to get creeped out by that. It was interesting to me though. I just kept staring at it wondering how they did that. XD
