I have to imagine a lot of people get Soundwave and Shockwave confused at least once or twice, it's four letters out of nine with the other five being in the exact same placement.I'm primarily doing these cards under the mindset of a Transformers cartoon with the primary cast being the following - Optimus, Arcee, Cheetor, Strongarm, Rhinox, Windblade, Slash, Blackaracknia, Shockblast, Soundwave and Megatron.

Probably like Cyberverse Shockwave. You watched that show, right? Slow at Season 1, but gets better later on (such as Megatron instantly killing Starscream, for a time, the moment he betrays him).

Never thought I'd be using Shockboat as a pun. Also, I doubt anyone gets the two of them confused. In fact, a transformers gi joe crossover used that similarity to make them brothers :3

I prefer Corey Burton's original vocal influence, David Warner, a.k.a SARK, the Archmage from Gargoyles, and the MCP, myself.

But...the design and heck the alternative mode point to that lunatic SHOCKBLAST, though SHOCKWAVE on the other hand, is a different manner of crazy...still, folks did love that character because he was one of the few that stood up to a Megatron, and generally caused so much destruction.
