The colors and perspective are strong and well done, but I think the tilted horizon and overall distortion (especially the two right towers) are too high and make the photo inharmonic in some way.

thanks a lot! I usually don't pay attention to distortion unless its extreme, but i'll try to fix it in this one.

First create two guides: one for the very right side of the building and one for the horizon. That will make things easier in the following step.
CTRL-T (free transform) the image and hold the CTRL-key while dragging the bottom and top right points. You will have to try it for yourself to get the right amount of distortion. Once the right side of the building seems to be straight click on the Warp button in the option bar. Now you get nine rectangular fields which allow the correction of the tilted horizon on the right side. It can be tricky but I'm sure you'll get what I tried to explain.
