I know...no matter what he is, he still seems like a younger brother to me. A crazy, younger brother, *chuckles* but a brother nonetheless. My guess on why he's calm around you is because he doesn't want either one of you to see him in his dark form. But if anything ever happened to you guys, especially Vada, there wouldn't be a doubt in my mind that he'd hunt and kill whatever brought you harm. He's pretty protective.
