Temperament: Guardian is such a mellow stallion. After a quite unsuccessful racing career he was retired immediately after and re trained to be an eventing horse. He’s so calm all the time a lot of people wonder if he’s just tired all the time. But that isn’t the case when the timer starts. He’s quite the power house in competitions and not a force to be messed with. In his down time he absolutely loves to take naps in the field and hang out around the younger riders.
History: Guardian was brought to VA with the whole group from the Stephens' old facility. Due to his amount of experience in the show ring he was always used for the greener or younger riders as they climbed through the ranks. Some of the older riders like to take him into some larger competitions just for fun, but it's a rare occasion.
