Day 16: Element-Based#ococtober2023
I decided to base this character on an idea I'd had in high school, but could never fully accomplish, which is a water wolf. I'm still not 100% happy with it, but there's always room for a redraw somewhere in the future.
At present, I don't have a story for this guy, but he was fun to draw!
