Hey guys,This is a Character illustration for a card game Warlords of Ravenna
The assassin known only as 'The Kellmaran' is all style coupled with all substance. Often irritating to those that hire him, his whimsical nature belies the skill with which he can set a trap. The completely unnecessary flair and showmanship he adds is solely for his own entertainment. Not a killer by nature, fortune, and notoriety are too much to pass up.
'The Kellmaran' is loosely based on a couple of movie characters from the 1980s. He inherits his style and penchant for showmanship from the 1982 version of The Scarlet Pimpernel
I was struggling with background since I am not very experienced at environmental painting, but overall it was funΒ Β
