The character is Molotov Cocktease from a cartoon called Venture Bros. I think. Never heard of either of them before so I hope this resembles the character well enough!

Thanks man. I gave it my all this time. But even if I win this one, it would only put us at a tie. I feel that our skills are very closely matched, And it seems we have both pushed each other on these battles. I still look forward to collaborating with you one of these times. I have done a few sketches for it but I haven't got what I wanted for it yet. I'll have to give it another go.
