Soooooo I've been very african inspired after watching Black Panther on its opening day, and I wanted to draw a panther but it wasn't turning out well, so I ended up doing various studies and while I was doing some for African wild dogs I found one I really like and I ended up fully experimenting with lighting and color on it. I am pretty proud of it but I want to try and maybe get a panther done since I always do canines and I wanna spice it up.Art(c)VaCrah

I really like how the light fur looks on this little one. I have yet to catch the film 
Also panthers are beautiful but it is challenging to get their elegant faces quite right. You can do it! There's something satisfying about getting big cats done

Thanks Key. I'm probably gonna use a stock image as reference like I did for this one so it looks right. The lighting was something I wanted to try after watching a video on making vibrant colors (which I think I'm gonna do more often in my drawings). But anywho, the movie is so worth the watch, I've loved the character Black panther since I was really young. And this movie really does the story justice. Highly recommend it
