Well, Karma WAS a blacksmith's apprentice in her hometown, Backwood Slums. So sewing can't be TOO different, right? To Karma, it's pretty much the same, you're dealing with fine details and precise handling of materials...only sewing is less...fiery. Which is for the best.

Poor Gnasher, I bet he isn't used to dealing with someone as nice as Karma. It's probably a good thing she doesn't have any arms (yet), she'd probably be squeeze-hugging Gnasher to death in the last panel. xD

Phew, finally finished all of the January tasks I wanted to do. w @ I do have a long comic like this one planned for the one helping the Swellow, Cyclone. But I decided not to finish it, since the deadline is just around the corner and it's only worth the one point. haha x'D I would finish it if I had timed myself better, since it has a cute ending where both Cyclone and the Sunkern get a happy ending! I'll spoil it for you and say that Karma kicks the Sunkern out of Cyclone's gazebo, but then goes to comfort the Sunkern and suggest they build their own gazebo with their grass knot move. So in the end, both parties get a gazebo to call their own. : D

ps. GNASHER IS TOO MUCH FUN TO DRAW ASDFASDFDS! >8U Well, he was once I figured out a way to draw his upper eyelid/brow thingies. xD

January Task
"Gnasher, that creepy Banette, wants someone to replace his assistant, Sherri, who was among those lost during the mass disappearance a while ago. He says fashion never sleeps, and neither should her replacement. You’ll have to fashion accessories to his exacting specifications, and be able to put up with his personality. I know I wouldn’t be able to do it, but who knows, some of you may have the patience of a saint! Worth one point, and, if you’re willing to root through the garbage in the shop, you might find some old accessories he no longer carries. I can’t recommend taking them, but I bet he won’t notice."
