A Tiny Mouse Pokemon, Pichu is the pre-evolved form of Pikachu. This variation, distinguished by the spikes on her left ear, traveled through time with Celebi's power, and is unable to evolve as a result. Pokemon Centers have also prevented this Pichu from being traded with other trainers, presumably due to its time travel. Professors Oak and Elm have studied Celebi's time-travel powers for a long time, and this Pichu proves their theories. She forms a special bond with the Pikachu-colored Pichu and joins the player's party upon their meeting. For all intents and purposes, Spiky-Eared Pichu is as powerful as any other Pichu.
