For a first charcoal drawing, this has a great value range in Hanna's face, which is the focus of the drawing, and some highlights in the waves of her hair. I notice that her chest area is not worked on very much, but I don't think it hurts the image overall. Your light source is prominent, and I like how you toned the paper and added in the light. Her expression is kind and trusting. Good job

It is one of those things the observer usually misses until it is highlighted. It is still pretty stunning
