there are always people in many parts of the world interested in many other cultures, if you are refering to Portugal where i am living now, i found out that in portugal they had many many european cultures and tribes living sinse always, so portugal is one of the countrys with the most mixed cultured ever way before crist even born ;o and most of the cultures are from the celts, suads, wandalns and vikings.
