Low light photography (as in really low light) and kittens that don't know the concept of "Hold still, this is a prolonged exposure..."They finally came out of the nest tonight, and decided to explore the big living room...

That was their first "cave"... they were quite the explorers... all of course went to great homes (save for the one that is all grown up, and sleeping on the couch in the living room as I type this)

Oh, they are EVERYWHERE! The mama kitty can't keep them hidden any more, and they LOVE playing with the big kitties in the house!

Great speed bumps as well (they are EVERYWHERE... and have this idea that they can take down the humans, if they can just wiggle their bums right, and pounce us unexpected like...)

It's so funny, because mama cat has put them behind the couch, and every evening, they climb out, and run amuck, making mama cat go nuts with trying to get them back to the nest behind the couch! She generally just ends up having to wait for them to tucker themselves out before she can get them to stay...

Heh... aren't they just??? They are out and about... it started with just one yesterday, and mama kitty kept taking it back to the nest... this morning, at about 4am, she had a full revolution on her hands, and all five went in different directions, in full exploration mode. They all wound up at the scratching post... and discovered a place to hide there.
