Description
This is my sketch for my 'Nouveau Noir' skateboard for Product Illustration. I really suggest a fullview since it's sort of detailedish. Those fish are Black Moors, my favorite. I know it's sort of trite, but... it's for the bottom of a skateboard! I don't care xD I like it. Finished to come soon.The woman is supposed to be kind of dangerous looking, blowing smoke from her fingernail and with all the fish floating around her and her fish skeleton earring, like the women in film noir. Sexy but deadly and dangerous.

Here's to hoping I get it done in time! My finger bump on my ring finger has been hurting for the last two days from drawing too much = ( so I'm trying to take it easy so it'll recover, but the finished board is due wednesday... Arrrrrrrrrr...

This is really an exceptionally well done device to capture and communicate the irresistible feel of the nefarious, noir Femme Fatale, with a side of Sorcery thrown in to spice up her sass and sauce. Her eye is extraordinary in its enthrall, you have captured an extra eerie effect. Unlike the eyes of the old horror movie painting that feel as if they follow you when you move, this Seductress' sinister sight seems to stay on you all the while she still looks straight ahead. If i were those fish i think that i would scoot, that ominous earring might be a slight hint of how the Lady prefers to enjoy her fish, and very likely her fellows as well. Surely it is an evil spell she does invoke in blowing that mysterious smoke from her finger.
