Inspired after reading the short story "Dormitory" by Yoko Ogawa, in the "The diving pool " book.The story's not that creepy, but it surely gave me an uneasy feeling.

And if you like it, I recommend another book of the same author, but much gentle and more of a silce of life story, which is one of my favorite: "The professor and the House keeper"
