The proportions look odd because we see a thick leg and no foot. The the shoe we see looks like a normal persons shoe rather than a fat persons shoe. Also her arm looks too muscular is she is that fat. Her Boobs and belly look too big compared to rest of the body. Nice job on the action post, coloring and face. The pistols look rendered simplified or less detailed compared to say the shoe.

Eh. She's not normal. Some people accumulate fat in different parts of their bodies. Some women are all belly, others pear-shaped. Could be that her leg is pushing some of the mass away from her body. If she were relaxing, it might set in a more normal looking position. Regardless, this is anything but normal. Thanks for the input, though.
