I've drawn Sycorax a number of times before, but I think this is the first time I really think I got it right. I'm not used to drawing 'plus size' people, so most of my drawings of her aren't that good. But I'm actually quite happy with how this one turned out.Also, I never really knew what to do with her feet. Usually I just don't draw her feet, or in the mini comic she had some weird sandals-over-leggins type thing that didn't really look good. I think these boots suit her better.
(I always draw her jewelry differently too, but that's not a design change. She always wears different accessories. Changes to her costume and body type are meant to reflect the actual canon, as in this is how she is supposed to have looked all along. But changes in accessories are just due to her wearing different things from day to day.)

I do like her boots. I bet if she has a few more pairs she probably has some gold plated steel toed boots in her glorious mystical wardrobe. For special occasions with butt that needs to be kicked extra hard.
A thing about drawing plus sized women that has always helped me(aside from using myself as a reference) is to just give in and draw chin-pudge or a very short neck.

She has lots of magical jewelry. Some days you want the talisman of protection, and other days you wear something the amulet of insight goes with.
Sometimes a butt really needs to be kicked, and I'm sure she's got some great spells for just such occasions!
It's not easy drawing "unusual" body types. Sometimes it's hard to get the proportions just right. I wanted Sycorax to be plus sized, but in a way that's also attractive. Or something like that? "Standard" body types are kind of a safe way to make characters. Trying to make characters big, scrawny, very short, very tall, or other "unusual" body types is kind of a challenge. But when I manage to pull it off, it just looks so right, you know?
