Christmas Special, Nel x Raiken- We Wish you a Shota Christmas! Part 3

"W-What was...hah...that for?" It was Nel's turn to be confused, panting in between his words as they just ran a few hundred meters, only briefly stopping to see if Akatsuki was behind them.

"H-Haha...T-That was...fun..." Said Rai panting just as heavily as Nel. "I-I bet he's still... trying to find us silly. Y-You can't chase Jolteons... but he just won't...understand..."

"I kinda feel bad for him now..." Nel winked and giggled with a paw covering his muzzle. "Who knew this cute Jolteon would also be so naughty~ I bet Santa aren't gonna give any presents for you~"

"Oh shut up, hehe..."

The Jolteons took deep breaths to calm themselves down, and at this point, the two Jolteons were coincidentally running in the direction away from the center of the city, where the beacon was located. Rai was aware of this fact, too, and decided that Nel needs to be somewhere right now.

"Nel..." Raiken slowly began, holding the green-eyed Jolteon's left paw and gently swaying it from side to side. "Can I... take you somewhere?"

"Eh?"

Evenings and sunsets in Andalusst were spectacular once you get to a vantage point for a good view, but even those get boring after some time.

...However, today was an exception.

The two Jolteons treaded through Subseed Forest, following the path carved out by previous explorers and forest residents in search for the clearing Raiken was talking about.

"Should be near..." The heterochromic Jolteon looked at the ground as he walked, as if searching for something else.

Seeing the Jolteon like that, Nel couldn't help but ask, "What are you looking for?" Before seeing Raiken going off-road into the wilderness ahead. "Where are you going?"

"O-Oh! Sorry I was too concentrated, heh..." The Jolteon scratched the back of his paw, sheepish. "I-I guess I was looking for a mark that I made, to know when to change direction. You see, the forest clearing isn't exactly known to many as you may think. I-I found it completely by accident (because I got lost) and I had a hard time finding it the second time. N-Naturally, after the third time, I had to mark a place so that I'd knew when to go off track..."

"Oh...that's kind of clever, actually..." Nel smiled warmly, giggling. "So I guess this is like a 'secret hideout'?"

"Hmm? N-Nah... place is too big for a hideout... more like an escape from the fast-paced society..." Raiken puffed out air, which instantly turned into white smoke. The weather was getting cold now, and they'll have to be home soon.

"..." Raiken sprinted the last few meters before stopping at the end of the forest, smiling contented. "We're here."

"W-Wow..."

Warm light shone through the end of the forest, similar to the light at the end of a tunnel, penetrating through the leaves and dousing the entire canopy in a sunset orange.

Snow from the clearing and on the leaves of the tree melted slightly before freezing again to form ice, and what was a snow white coloured clearing was turned into a field full of nature-created mirrors, all shining and reflecting the sun's rays and creating an absolutely magnificent scene of beauty. Sunset, shining leaves, shining grass and shining ice, this scene may only be beheld once in a lifetime by some, and not even once by some others.

The two stood there and said nothing. They're afraid that anything that they utter may even be an underrated compliment of the scenery in front of their eyes. Marvelous, wonderful, magnificent, yet so much more perfect.

And it was only after several minutes that Nel took the first step. He stepped closer to Raiken and held his hand. Two tiny paws, two tiny Jolteons in this huge clearing, Raiken leaned closer to Nel and closed his eyes.

...And they kissed.

...And they kissed.

"Thank you so much..." The green-eyed whispered into his ear, embracing him tight as he might, and unwilling to let go. "For everything."

"You're always welcome, Nel." At this point, Raiken felt a little wet on his shoulders, and nuzzled the other Jolteon. "H-Hey, don't cry..."

"B-But it's...-sniff-...T-Thank you..." The Jolteon sniffed and wiped off his tears, blushing heavily. "S-Sorry..."

"Heyyy, no need to be sorry either! It's a pleasure to have you as a friend, and I appreciate that you came here to hang out with me." Rai ruffled the other Jolteon's fluffy mane, which made him ticklish and giggle a bit, before noticing something else.

"R-Rai!" Came a voice from afar, and Rai immediately let go of Nel to see what's going on.

...That is, what he planned to do.

"G-Gyaaahh!" Turns out, both of the Jolteons are stuck, once again, due to the static electricity on their fur. The figure- figures, already made their way towards the two Jolteons, and the situation already became awkward. "N-No no no, don't push!"

"I-I can't- !!"

"I-I'm losing balance!"

Thud. This time, it was Nel on top of Raiken, both blushing intensely as the figures arrived in front of them.

It was an Abra, a Smeargle and an Absol, all of which the bottom Jolteon was too familiar with.

"D-Dad!? W-What are you doing here!?"

"Ooohh, we got ourselves some Jolt actions, mind if I join in?" Fay was the first to say something, and what he said definitely just made Rai's face redder.

"Fay, don't you dare touch Rai and...Rai?" Zar'roc was next to react, but tilted his head confused as to who the other Jolteon was.

"R-Rai, do you need some help?" And Kaza was last to speak, since he was looking at the other Jolteon the whole time. If he wasn't wrong, Rai mentioned his name a few times, but he couldn't quite remember. "And uhh...Nil? Mel? W-What was your name again?"

"H-He's Nel, a-and uhh yes, we need some help please!"

"Ooh, what kind of help?" Fay winked. "I'd love to help if I can join in!"

"F-Fay, it's not a good time to joke here~!"

"R-Rai! I-I found y- W-What are you doing!?" Another much familiar Mudkip unexpectedly emerged from the forest end, staring at the lot- more at the two Jolteon anyway, and yelled at them. "Y-Ya cheater! You said ya never be with anyone else already!"

"H-Huh- Akatsuki!?!?" The Jolteon exclaimed before realizing the situation he's in right now and sweated. "N-No, it's not what it looks like, I swear!"

"E-Everyone says that when they are caught, baka! I don't believe you!" Akatsuki kept pointing at the two, pouting and stomping like a child throwing a tantrum to get attention, but honestly just made him look much childish and stupid. "T-Tell me something else and maybe I'll let ya both be my lover!"

"W-Wha, you freaking pervert!"

And meanwhile Nel already fainted from all the action and awkwardness.

Six Pokemon, sitting in a straight line, all facing the sunset, which was already halfway down the horizon.

"S-Sorry to let you in on this, again..." Rai sighed heavily, shaking his head at the sight of his boyfriend literally appearing out of nowhere, which begs the question. "H-How did you find us anyways!?"

"O-Oh, I was tracing ya two scents, both very nice smelling..." The Mudkip mused, paws laying on his chin and closing his eyes seemingly in paradise, only to get slapped in the face by a small pile of snow. "H-Heyyy!"

"P-Pervert..." This time, Nel spoke up, puffing up his cheeks and turning to Rai, secretly winking to him. "Rai, don't be with him, he'll only become more perverted than he already is."

"Y-Yeah! Let's break up, Akatsuki!" Rai immediately caught on as to what the other shota Jolteon was trying to express, and winked back in acknowledgement, giggling uncontrollably.

"E-Ehh!? Why!?" The Mudkip went from 100 to 0 real quick, now too shocked to actually apologize.

"N-No more boyfriends, hmph!"

"N-No, please no~!" He was practically begging for the Jolteon funny, and his expression was one of the most funniest and indescribable ones out there. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!"

This time, Raiken leaned in and kissed the Mudkip, surprising him a little as a small blush surfaced from the Mudkip's cheeks. "Gotcha!"

"N-Not funny..." He muttered a little under his breath, which only Rai could hear, and he instantly broke into laughing, lying on the snowy grass.

"Anyways, it's almost night..." Nel turned to look at everyone else, nodding at them. "I believe there's one more thing we need to do."

"E-Everyone ready?" Raiken asked, smiling warmly at the sun.

"Ready." Everyone else replied.

"We... wish you a Merry Christmas, we wish you a Merry Christmas, we wish you a-"

"Shota Christmas!" Akatsuki suddenly shouted, surprising everyone. Giggles came after.

"-And a Happy New Year!!"
