I like this a lot - you don't see horror art based on modern warfare very often, although war is probably indeed the scariest thing that exists in the world. In fact, it's usually the other way around, war and soldiers are glorified in the media, but your illustration is much closer to the reality for me. Thank you very much!

That.... actually is a pretty rational fear, if you ask me. fear of eating is pretty bizarre, but I'd say fear of guns is quite understandable.
