Ok, so this is the second Antagonist Ideas picture i did only this one is a little more put together

i would very much like some feedback on him, especially his outfit

Background:
Kaice was born by two spirits of the fox decent (labeled Vixen). At first claimed to be an abomination in their community, Kaice was later found to have a stronger sense of bloodlust and killing instinct than those who were born of natural skin. He was quickly put to work in the Nation Army and started the boon of the "Vixen Era" when Vixen's were bred for their offspring. He was later expunged by Tenko's late grandfather and by means that are unknown his powers were inherited through Tenko's family.
Later Kaice's Spirit schemes and slowly chunks off Tenko's powers in order to form a new body. While it isn't a powerful as his old one Kaice succeeds in using Tenko's latent powers to duplicate a body and Tenko is left, not-knowing what his latent powers were due to them being taken away before he could unlock them.

Tenko and Kaice share powers but Kaice is a lot more sophisticated with the powers and uses his superior grace in his techniques.
If not for Kaice springing on the "Vixen Era" Kitzuma would have never been born. After his birth his parents were thought to have an odd aura to them and they were kept in cavity for 30 days until they bred a new child to help with the war. However, Kitzuma was born a normal girl, Normal being the end of the legend and girl bringing shame to the family due to the fact that Female Vixens were not allowed to fight.
