It's a bit hard to explain in a couple of lines how I made it.
First of all, it's done completely in Photoshop.
Let's say, it's a mix of a lot of layers of shapes filled with colors, gradients, ...
Most of the shapes were given their final shape with the liquify tool.
It's actually created by messing around and playing in Photoshop

I like how the colors resemble music floating into the air, like someone is seranading their love. It holds alot of feeling
