Hello there! ..General Kenobi öuö
As is tradition, I compiled some of the art I drew in 2023 into this meme, weeh~ ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
To the surprise of nobody, the fact that I moved apartments and the stress this entailed (aka feeling like I'm going to explode into teeny-tiny little pieces every second of every day) this year meant, that I barely had the time to actually sit down and focus on my art. So looking at this complilation now, I'm quite surprised what kind of random stuff turned up, haha.

I hope you all had a great start into the new year so far? To keep all of our expectations realistic, I'll just say: "Hej, in 2024 things surely will be...things! Maybe even.. different?? Yeah!"

So here're some more details to the different pictures:

January: Ora is here! Most of my art in 2023 was actually traditional (and WIP for that matter). Once I would've said that that's pretty uncommon for me, but I guess things changed? See?? so.. different! xD

February: This was a little test animation I did in a new software. I remembered very quickly how time-consuming animating is. (Ö_Ö'')

March: Pierrot, tam tam~(*⌒▽⌒*)θ～♪ Maybe know that I have more time again, I can flesh out some of the designs.

April: A quick pic I drew on my phone for Easter. I posted this on The Vivillon Garden Discord server. It's Azumarill and a "Osterbaum" (Easter tree), a tradition here in Germany.

May: I almost drew nothing in this month, but that makes the title of these random comic sketches even more fitting, I think: "at least there's birdflash". Wisdom of life.

June: It's pretty unknown for most people, but I like photography as well. I don't rlly post them on DeviantArt, but flower/nature motives are especially appealing to me. <3 These flowers bloom in June around where I live now and I'm actually not sure what they're called. In truth, they smell disgusting; like a sweet, rotten smell, but at least they look nice.

July: One of my OCs "Oktilla". I remember being caught in a vicious heat-wave while drawing this. Slowly.. melting away~ _(:‹」∠)_

August: Traditional Pikachu for this years Pokémon GO Fest. It was a really fun time.

September: Welp, this is a tad difficult to explain. xD This is Bunti-Biene - a comic character of mine. He's a colourful bee. Weeh~

October: Did quite a lot of head-shots as well. Practicing, always practicing!

November: Oh, you thought I WASN'T completely obsessed with Baldur's Gate 3 (and still am)? Hoooo man, you were wrong. The BG3 brain rot is real and I love every moment of it <33 This was the first Astarion I tried to draw.

December: Posted this on the Vivillon Discord server as well. This was for the first year anniversary. Here's to many more~

And with that, another year is over. (´q ` )
Wow. I mean WOW.. There were times in 2023 when I thought I honestly, truly couldn't take anymore of anything and everything, but somehow, despite it all - I'm still here. Existing. Crazy innit?

My humble goal every year is still to be able to draw at least one picture each month, so I can wrap up my art in this meme again. And I guess I did it? I'm happy-ish. Yeah.
The fact that people still favourite and commend and even write me kind messages is, not to exaggerate or anything, such a huge joy for me and it means so much. I cannot thank you enough!

(Curse you, alcoholic drinks, making me all mushy and stuff again,haha) No, but seriously. Thank you. You know I will always appreciate you kind people out there.
So I really hope that 2024 will be an amazing year for you. I wish you all the best.
