Not really, but this is most epic battle in Pokemon-anime - in my opinion, of course.
Ash's very first Battle Frontier Brain challenge, Noland, was befriended with legendary Articuno. Ash was very confident about his choice: unlike other Frontier Brains, Noland gives challenger choose pokemon which he uses in battle. Ash choose Articuno. Ash itself called his powerful Charizard back from Charicific Valley to battle with legendary Articuno. In Charicific Valley it was learned new attack, Overheat.
In battle with Articuno, legendary bird makes Charizard's wing tip frozen, making it slower. But then Charizard used Overheat, melted ice his in wing and prepared for launching Overheat by flying with Articuno towards sky.
