Hi, I saw this piece on a t-shirt at a recent convention. It's a fantastic piece, and I'd love to have a t-shirt of it as well. The link at the top of this thread, though, says it's no longer available. Do you have a newer t-shirt link available, or is it just simply not available? Either way, amazing work!

Love this piece. I'm a big fan of horror. I was wondering how you get around the licensing for some of the characters. Is it an easy thing to do? And how does one go about getting the license to print these characters? Once again, LOVE THIS PIECE!

Thanks Rich. To be honest, I don't have a license for the characters. That would have been impossible for me to contact all the studios and get a permission for all the characters. It's a big mash-up, and I wasn't sure at first if this wouldn't get me in trouble, but I thought I would give it a try and submit it to T-shirt stores like DBH, and I figured that if they'd accept to print it, it should be OK. But you never know; I had another design on DBH, which was a Star Wars parody, and it was on the site for some time but a week or 2 ago they got a warning from Disney/Lucas Art to stop selling all their designs related to Star Wars, so they dropped the designs from the site, including mine. It was a parody, so normally it should be acceptable as "fair use", but Disney thought otherwise, and you don't mess with em, you know. This is an awesome piece.
Love seeing some of these caracters in there. Love how some of the characters mesh together. The one thing I don't get though, is why you included that bitch from the SAW movies, he's always been more comedic relief than horror because this franchise is anything but horror.
Seriously though, badass design.

Thanks man! About the SAW doll, well, no matter what, it's an iconic horror character, and I wanted to include recent characters as well as classic ones, so I think SAW deserved to be there. I think the first one in the franchise is pretty good and relies more on characters and tension than explicit gore. But I have to admit it went downhill pretty fast after that and I quickly lost interest in those movies.
On the other hand, the same thing can be said about pretty much all the horror franchise. Jason X: What the Hell? That looks like a cheap porn/slasher/space TV-movie! And Freddy Krueger! If the last couple of movies weren't pure comedy (the cringeworthy kind), I don't know what else they were! Same with Chucky, that also went from horror to comedy, where the camp and humor was totally intentional.
