couple of backgrounds, the first is already here under "forrest concept" i know..but this is the finnished one, dunno if it is better or worse, but it fitted better with the scenes anyway,
so.., havent uploaded stuff in a while, but soon the movie is finnished, in 2 months if it goes as planned
im looking forward to be able to paint other things than this forrest after that hehe

This is some amazing quality work. i like the more cartoonish art style of the characters, they act like a beacon for your eyes. I shall be favoriting these and looking through more of your pictures!

Wonderful; just wonderful. These backgrounds are simply stunning...they all have a slightly surreal glow about them which makes them almost magical. I can just imagine what it would feel like to be there, the atmosphere....even the flat characters have a mystical feel to them.

That is beautiful. I'm not sure how else to describe it. I've always wanted to be able to create backgrounds like these, and though I might be capable of it, I certainly haven't convinced myself of that yet. Beautiful detail, great colors, and a wonderful softness/glow to the whole thing.

theres a really interesting depth to these pictures. the forest and backgrounds are done with lots of detail and dynamics, whereas the creatures are more flatbased, yet theyre the ones who bring the life into the images.
