You cannot misgender frisk because she has no canon gender. It can be whatever the player wants it to be. "they" is a placeholder.

Toby hasn't confirmed Frisk's gender, they/them pronouns aren't solely used for nonbinary ppl but also for people who's gender is unknown. Because Frisk's gender is never clarified or stated, its safe to assume their gender is up to the player, unless it explicitly states Frisk's gender you cannot claim Frisk is canon nonbinary. Its the same with assumed cis characters, unless their gender is explicitly stated as cis that doesn't mean they are cis.
