Description
Designed Arcadia in Kirin form, as she unlocked that alternative version through her job of Spellcaster
This Arcadia follows the same theme, but being able to fly aobve clouds she feels more vaporous. Her mane and tails transform into wind aura (her element).
I started this design many months ago, and after winning some nice rare traits in the recent dreamlands event I've been able to finally finish it, yay!
