Painting project - Mirialan Head Shot.Been practicing digital painting techniques I've learned from a really great line of Photoshop tutorials on Youtube. There's still a lot of room for improvement but my most recent practice projects haven't been turning out too badly so I figured I'd start posting them. This is my most recent.

Thank you. I should blow up the picture to show how much work went into the eyes.. I spent a lot of time on them and there's detail that's almost completely lost at this scale.

Thanks. I've been working in a comic/anime style for so long I have a hard time working without lines defining the edges of an object. Painting really forces you to change the way you see/use light and shadow.
