This was a somewhat-quick illustration I did last night that combines this week’s color/colour collective (champagne) as well as the old arctic fox subject from Sketch Dailies.
I also used this piece as a little experiment for my upcoming/first commission, which is illustrating a book on ancient Chinese sayings. When working element, I tried to incorporate elements from the ancient Chinese painters Ma Yuan & Shitao . It may not be perfect, but for my first experiment it came out pretty good
