I see some very huge improvement in your digital painting skills by looking at this piece! 
I think you got the forms and shapes pretty right on the beast guy. The other guy could use some more contrast to get a bit more mechanic feel, but it does work this way too with the overall image's style.
Another thing that you got here pretty well is the composition! The characters are placed so perfectly and the perspective is really cool too. It tells a lot of story!
