# About me

According to DA, I'm Airgiod. But to everyone else, I am Megan, or Melody. Or Potato in some small circles. (Funny how names can be so meaningless.)
I wouldn't call myself a professional anything. What I would call myself is an indecisive hobbysist. I have no single interest, and I have no desire to immediately determine where my full potential lies. Even if it takes me a million years to determine my strengths, I would rather drift along than rush into something that I might wind up hating. Must say though, music would appear to be the route most likely to lead to where I'd like to be (I play enough instruments, and I'm still learning... Just makes sense).
And that's it really. There's more I could say, but I'd probably wind up rambling. So I'll spare you, the reader, of that. And promptly end this small bio.

Not bad. As indecisive as ever, as assertive as is the norm. Not as good as could be, but not as bad as possible -> essentially any way of saying things are as they should be if everything equates to acceptability without being overly remarkable
Btw, in case I didn't say before, thanks for the watch

As the writer of Timmy the Reaper, I would personally like to thank you for the feedback you gave us! I read through it as soon as Third-Rate sent it to me (she's like my Shroom, and I'm her RYE lol), and was quite touched in the feels by what you wrote. Readers like you are what gives me the motivation to do what I do, and I hope you stick around to see Third-Rate's animation, and hopefully beyond that. I'm starting on a new project soon that will be hosted in the TtR group, so stayed tuned for that! Oh and I gave you a llama as a token of my appreciation~

Yeah, reflections and all are awesome.
Photons moving in unaltered fashion until given outside means to change direction, such as by mirror or lens. And then there's wave/particle duality, which is just plain cool. There's just so much we still don't know about light.

Been going alright more or less... Can't get work, but I might have a small source of income come summer. Have been making agate-slice pendants that I hope to sell at the local farmers market. Also have been refining a manuscript that I hope to get published... Hoping it's finished come the submission periods for a couple magazines.

That sound good, A manuscript sounds like a big deal

I just got my EOS 550D today so thats pretty exciting.

Airgiod In reply to ADAMKH99 [2012-02-09 03:49:06 +0000 UTC]

It is. I've already wound up rewriting portions because they didn't work with the format. My family think me nuts for how many pages I've already wasted.
It's funny. To write a story and that will be read no matter how great or crappy it is, I have to waste so much space. Otherwise, most magazines won't even give it a second glance, 'cause anyone can write a compressed story and just send it off.
One thing I will say for the format though... Really easy to spot errors or iffy spots. Hence all the wasted paper.

Anyhow, the EOS 550D... That's the Canon Rebel, right? Manual adjustments? If so, awesome! I've been watching it at Costco, waiting for it to drop to a reasonable price, and hoping it doesn't sell out before it does.

ADAMKH99 In reply to Airgiod [2012-02-20 11:46:38 +0000 UTC]

Indeed it is the Rebel Ti2.
Why wont you thing of the trees lol. I find errors bloody are to find whilst digital so I guess its better than sending away something full of errors.

Its a bloody good camera so far.

Airgiod In reply to ADAMKH99 [2012-02-22 02:48:12 +0000 UTC]

Awesome. Be sure to post some pics

As for wasting trees... Can't really do much about it when you already have a large stash of paper at your disposal. It's so cheap, you may as well get it for free. On the bright side, I've been providing a justification for having a paper shredder
