Okay so I am finally working on that dang Canuid MYO that I have been putting off
Is it possible for Canuids to lose limbs, or would something about their magical physique prevent that? In this case, I am picturing one with half-glass arms losing an arm above the elbow, so the glass part would be gone

Yes, they can lose limbs!
It'd take a strong magical force to do that, and any glass on the area would be lost completely- and remaining liquid would be free-floating and probably drip from the wounded area unless sealed magically.

Quick questions: Do Canuids in feral form have the same natural capabilities as that animal? (i.e., could a Canuid with a bat form use ecolocation) If so, does that transfer over to their humanoid form at all?

yes and yes! Any abilities in a Canuid's animal form carry over to their humanoid form, as in most cases the humanoid form is technically a secondary form!
