It has been a long time, a few years in fact since i last gave you a question.. So, my dear Monarch.. Allow me to give you something to ponder. 

Viktor von Doom, if at any point in your country's existence, if you were to be contacted by beings similar to those found in the Lovecraft mythos and they offered you and your people their knowledge and a considerable boost to your technological and scientific status in exchange for harbor in your lands, would you take the offer or turn them away? The rest of the world would no doubt become increasingly wary of Latveria, no doubt to startling points.. but your people would prosper thanks to their gifts... So, what would your choice be? I hope you will think of this as you did my previous question.
