I was born in Canada but my grandfather was from Ireland, or his family was from there before coming to Canada, but not sure where exactly (no worries~ I want to move around near Dublin myself... or somewhere close to Sligo up northwest)

Hehe, I think you'll love it then! If you get the chance you should visit Westport in County mayo, that's my town....it was voted the best place in Ireland to live in, if I'm not mistaken! It also has some really cool history behind it, if you've ever heard of Westport house? It was the home of a woman named Grainne Mhaol (AKA Grace O'Malley) she was an irish pirate woman and her story is really cool. Basically she wanted to become a pirate Β but her father wouldn't let her because she was a woman- so she cut off all her hair to make herself look like a man, and went on to become what we call The pirate Queen of mayo. Pretty badass eh?
