how do you make those pictures that move and move you to your page when you click it. ha. i forget what they are called.

Well, you can buy it online; it's a program from Jasc, (which is now merged with Corel) you can look it up on corel.com. (Not sure where to seek on the site though). I got my version along with Paintshop pro 7, not sure if you get it with it still.
And paint, well, I guess that if you have Microsoft, you should have it somewhere in your programs.
Best is to start with a base image, like I used the wolf head and crossbones, and then add easy small pictures that you can get to move ( like the eyes and little stars)
