I think they're secretly in cahoots with ganon. "locking away forever" must be some sort of code involving world domination. ...I wonder in skyward sword if you see ganon as a little tyke. I can see it now... bullied as a child, ganon was called a "pig-face" and "baconator." One day, he decided to take out his anger on a baby clad in green.... until he got his ass kicked and died. I love happy endings!
