I respect your opinion. I was aware this decision would upset people. And even for I time I thought I could just leave them and move on. But because my walk with God is about having a relationship with him, I he began to help me see why it was wrong to leave them up, especially since they had moments that downright insulted or attacked him with hate, some hidden and some open. To prove my point, let me illustrate why I took my stories down;

Imagine someone hanged a poster that really hurt and insulted you. Than that person felt bad about it, wanted to your forgiveness and to be your friend, or even a brother. How would you feel if you noticed that poster was still hanging on the wall and that friend said they wanted to keep it hanging because other people liked it and wanted to continue seeing it. Would you consider that a real friend? Would you even consider his friendship genuine if he cared more about what others thought more than what you think?

With that said, this doesn't mean I've given up writing completely. It's a gift God has given me after all. I just want to start over and use the gift to honor him, not attack him. I'm taking my time to work on a new story as we speak, actually. However, if I find it's not his will for me to write, than I have to accept that. After all, my goal is to do the job God assigned to me, not the job I assigned to myself.

Anyway, that's my reason for my decision. I believe that time is running out, and I want to use the remaining time I have in this world to draw closer to my Heavenly Father. I hope if it's His will, you'll check out the new stories I write. But if you don't, I understand and won't hold anything against you. God bless you.
