I'm going tomorrow to a guy who has over 500 cars sitting in the woods. Five. Hundred. I've seen edsels, a 63 Galaxie sedan that I'm going to inquire about, a ton of pickups, and a huge 1940's big rig that looked absolutely beautiful which I want to get pictures of.

So you did the lineart from the original gif (Which a friend sent to me after noticing the similarity) and created them all?
I'm not saying I maliciously stole it from you, I got this in a zipfile from a friend back in 2010 at some point as a blank lineart file with no copyrights or anything like that.

I never took credit though, not once, I have always said I just found it, I can copy and paste the notes where I've talked about it. If you were copping less of an attitude I would understand, but it's making it difficult not to be annoyed with the way you're speaking to me. I understand it's your art and everything, but chewing my leg right off the bat is a very poor way to go about it and it just makes you look rude. How do you intend to get rid of the hundreds of icons? Shouldn't you be more happy about the fact that it got so popular and your work is being appreciated?

As I said before. I am SEVERELY ILL right now and can barely MOVE. Not to mention I'm irritated because I am actually legally blind (one eye is useless and the other is decent) and I cannot work. I make all my income on my art. So this isn't a case of 'Aww people like my stuff'! Its 'Support the artist who made them by buying one outright'
This has been happening every so often in waves since I made them. I made them for fun and people loved them and for once I had enough money to support myself. Not to mention many have tried mercilessly to drag me down and such. I do apologize for my attitude, but try to see it from my perspective. I first made these in around 2009, and they're STILL being stolen. Its very very exhausting. Also, being sick I don't really have the time to write out a thoughtful note. I used to when they were new and people didn't know but 3 years later my tolerance has waned.

Good for you. I work hard labor every day (Oh yeah, it was about 10 degrees today) and I come home to someone bitching at me when a simple please would have been fine. Please learn to step back and think for a moment before sending bitchy sounding rants to complete strangers, because it's done nothing but make me think ill of you. Hell, if you'd been polite about it, I would have straight up commissioned one from you! I've got the money, but with this utter disregard of any manners, you're never getting business from me. I think that everybody else you treat like this will feel the same way. Good luck surviving on art if you treat strangers, who are also potential customers, like this. Good luck indeed. I can understand being unhappy about art theft, for good reason, but you'll get nothing but stubborn responses from assholes like me when you act this way.
Also consider just how far they've reached, if I got it in a random zip, they're going to be around the internet by the thousands. You'd be better off to be proud of that feat as opposed to butthurt. Yeah it sucks that you're "losing money" but you could still advertise as the first and best as opposed to handling it this way.

Yo man. haven't spoken to you in a while, and I feel kinda bad only coming to you when I need your help, but anyway.
I've been having some trouble with my truck and was wondering if you could tell me what's going on.
See, about a month ago, while we were on a road trip, my truck started shaking really bad. When we stopped and dad tried driving, it went away.
Then yesterday, it started shaking again, like before, mostly only when it was stopped.
I left it off for about four hours while I was at work, but unlike last time, it was shaking again when I came back.
Any theories?

Hmm. Sounds fuel related. I'm experiencing a similar gremlin in my Taurus, and it's actually bad enough where the car will die. Could be timing related as well, I'm not quite sure. Might want to throw a can of that Dry-Gas stuff you can get at the gas station in there just for precaution. I think my car has water in the tank and it freezes from time to time and causes problems for me
