# About me

Hello! My name is Cinderberry Squirrel. My friends call me Cinder!

Even though I have been drawing off and on for a few years, I am a beginner at art--especially the important basic concepts everyone seems to go on about. You know, value, shape, anatomy, perspective, and that sort of thing. But every day from now on, I'm trying to get better at understanding these concepts, because I think art will play a major role in my future.

When I'm not drawing, I enjoy listening to music, watching TV and movies, reading, writing, playing video games, and composing. I am a talented composer and I hope someday to work in the entertainment industry either doing something art-related or music-related, or both!

I also deeply enjoy nature. I walk to work whenever I can, even though it's a long ways from home, because the route passes over a little roadside bridge with a great view of our state park. I love animals, as well. I've had many dogs, cats, fish and hamsters throughout my life, and I've volunteered at wildlife shelters and in veterinary settings. I am currently working towards a degree in veterinary technology to help support me while I pursue artistic improvement.

Currently, I have five adorable and affectionate pet rats named Acorn, Bramble, Chip, Napkin, and Secret. They inspire me everyday.
