Hi ! I'm a lost fellow on this corner of the web principally using DA for its watching facilities on artists I like, as a media to follow up their work. ;)I sometimes crack up, spending some money from time to time to collect or gather interesting original comic art, as you can see on my CAF account (see url below).

I find interesting what you do.. Had glimpsed your gallery before (nice Betty Pages!) but what re-led me stop by recently is your Mandy/Leia mix art, I would never have thought of that : you've got cool ideas!

Ms. Theron counts among my fav actresses and in the same time really is a super beautiful woman, incredible as a model. Either inacessible and classy (like with the 'J'Adore' ads) or so totally adorable (did you see 'Sweet November' ? or 'Mighty Joe Young' ?). Haha I guess it goes with the actress thing..

I'd like to keep an eye onto Vincenzo Cucca's artworks as much as possible (he may be the only one among your pencillers who doesn't have a nominal DA gallery nor website), and I find your colorists very at ease onto pencil only linearts, which means they're good.

Btw I wanted to give you a nod for your last week journal entry that makes (somewhere unfortunately, still) incredible sense.
You guys (and ladies) of the comic industry really rock imo and even if it's a 'fun' field you need to be rewarded for your talent and work, not cheated. Plus being professional and straight help other artists on the market, even when they miss a contract... I really liked what you wrote

Comic art can be a fun field but nothing is fun when you can't get paid
I guess I wrote what I did because there are 2 clear problems at my level in the industry:
1. There are a LOT of people who don't draw, color or ink very well flooding the market with junk- willing to work for peanuts. (This makes it much harder for skilled artists to get decent paying work and waters down the market.)
2. There are lots and lots of people out there who have no money and no business knowledge who take advantage of those people by pretending to be publishers OR by unrealistically thinking they have a chance of making it "big" with an inferior product.
I try to keep my business completely honest and do quality work. I don't do big sales (yet.) but I am proud of what I put out.

Hopefully I think real comicart lovers make the difference !
